So now you have a special soda you made from scratch, but how do you mix with it? Our job wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t show you how. The following week, we will pick up where we left off, moving the class into our back-room speakeasy, and introducing some spirit into the mix.
Each person will have the opportunity to develop a cocktail based on their personal ingredient and individual preferences. You made a beet-tarragon syrup, and want to see how that best works with gin? Have a bottle of maraschino gathering dust on your shelf, and think it might work well with mint and tequila? We’ll workshop cocktails based on each product and person, but as a group, giving everyone firsthand insight into the entire process.
NOTE: This class is also a stand-alone, and the first in the series is not a pre-requisite to attend. If you have a pear shrub you’ve already made from the tree in your backyard, please feel free to join us for the tutorial.
$110 per person. Limited seating.
