New CDC mask guidelines, patios, picnics, and party food

May 14, 2021

Let’s talk about masks and social distancing

Governor Brown announced yesterday that Oregon will follow the newly released CDC guidance to lift mask and social distancing requirements for fully vaccinated individuals. She said the Oregon Health Authority would provide updated guidance in the coming days for businesses and employers.

For now, Elephants will continue to require masks and social distancing for all staff and customers. When we receive this additional guidance from the Governor, we’ll create a plan and a timeline for navigating these changes in the safest manner possible. We still need time for our teams to get fully vaccinated–we’re close but not there yet. We’ll also need time to make physical changes to our locations.

We will continue to update everyone as we move ahead into this new “normal” world.

These safety practices are still in effect.
