As Negroni Week fever hits Portland June 4-10, here are a few twists on this classic cocktail from three women-led restaurant bars. The cocktails will be on menus throughout Negroni Week. For one week every June, bars and restaurants mix classic Negronis and Negroni variations for a great cause. Each venue chooses from a list of official charity partners, and makes an immediate donation to that charity.
