Muselet Restaurant & Wine Bar is now open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, from 4pm.
In the coming weeks, a morning offering of coffee and pastries will be added, along with garden patio seating and Sunday Champagne brunch.
Executive Chef Greg Zanotti — formerly of Castagna Restaurant and Red Medicine in Los Angeles — leads the kitchen with an ingredient-driven menu. His cooking is fueled by the seasonal bounty of the Northwest’s farms, forests and fisheries.
Muselet’s modern eclectic menu is inspired by cuisines from many cultures, and is created to accompany wines from the Pacific Northwest and around the world. More than two dozen distinguished wines are available by the glass. Muselet will also offer a select list of ‘grower’ Champagnes, as well as local and international sparkling wines. The full bar will focus on creative interpretations of original and popular cocktails and Northwest artisan beers.
In the coming months, Muselet will present a series of wine related events featuring local and international wine makers.
