Mother’s Day Gift Guide from Oregon City Farmers Market
Welcome to Summer Market!
Mother’s Day weekend coincides with our first summer market, this Saturday, May 7th! We’re excited to kick off a new season with you. We have lots of returning vendors plus some new ones joining us as well!
Not only do we return to weekly markets, but we also open 1 hour earlier, at 9am, for your shopping convenience! Can’t make it in the morning? Our market stays open until 2pm for those that have busy morning schedules.
This week we’re offering a Mother’s Day gift guide in hopes you will come to the market, shop for your locally grown groceries and pick up some beautiful handmade gifts from our group of talented artisans.
One of our market favorites, The Steve and Margot Show, will be kicking off our summer music series with live music. We will also have a planting activity for our POP kids so make sure you get your kiddos, ages 5-12, signed up.
Master Gardeners is back every week until September! Now you can have all of your gardening questions answered by their team of faithful and knowledgeable volunteers!
It wouldn’t be summer season without Bob from As Iron Sharpens Iron. Bob has returned, ready to sharpen all of your garden implements and knives.
The market map changes a bit for our summer season so if you don’t see a vendor, check with us at the Information Booth and we will be happy to help!
Find us every Saturday, from 9-1, at 2051 Kaen Road (at the corner of Beavercreek and Kaen Roads) in Oregon City.
Check out our list of attending vendors at the bottom of this newsletter so you can see who is coming, plus you can check out our market map http://maps.managemymarket.com/5163 for booth locations.
We look forward to seeing you!
Treat your loved one with some special Mother’s Day treats this Saturday. We will have The Pastry Smith, Small Baking Company, La Provence, Diana’s Delights, Sinful Confections (pictured here) and Tabor Bread well stocked with a variety of delicious baked goods.
