PORTLAND, OR (May 3, 2017) – Urban Farmer (525 SW Morrison Street), Portland’s modern farm-to-table steakhouse, offers a gourmet brunch buffet to celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Executive Chef Matt Christianson presides over a menu of breakfast, lunch, and dessert options for Moms and families to enjoy.
Starters include Citrus-Smoked Salmon, Roasted Beet Salad, Shellfish Bisque, plus House-made Charcuterie and Assorted Cheeses. Entrées consist of a variety of Belgian Waffles, Panini Sandwiches, an Omelet Station, children’s options, and more. To end the meal, Mom can indulge with desserts such as Blueberry Violette Crème Brulee, Cherry Vanilla Macarons, and Raspberry Chocolate Mousse.
