Minority-Owned Restaurants Given Priority Access to Restaurant Revitalization Fund Grants
The National Restaurant Association, Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance, and Small Business Administration Hosts Special Webinar on Applying for RFF Grants – April 28, 2021 – 11 a.m. ET

Washington, D.C. (April 28, 2021) – The National Restaurant Association, Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will host a webinar today at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the process for socially and economically disadvantaged restaurant owners and operators to apply for Restaurant Revitalization Fund grant money. Women-owned, veteran-owned, and socially and economically disadvantaged-owned restaurants (defined as individuals who are Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans (including Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians), Asian Pacific Americans, and Subcontinent Asian Americans) have a 21-day priority application window beginning Mon., May 3, 2021.
Gerry Fernandez, President and Founder of MFHA and Isabella Guzman, Administrator, U.S. Small Business Association will host the webinar and SBS staff will answer questions about the grant application process.
