Our Microplane Mill makes grinding even the hardest spices easy. And it’s back in stock.
Our Microplane Mill is the perfect tool for grinding the hardest spices. Ideal for our Ceylon Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, Red Long Pepper, and Star Anise. The key is the super sharp, stainless steel rasp on the bottom of the mill. It’s safe and finger-friendly.

Souper idea: Our authentic pho soup spices now come in a starter set.
We worked with L.A. Chef Nguyen Bui to formulate our authentic Vietnamese Pho Spice blend and recipes. Today we introduced a set that includes the spices, recipes, some of Chef Nguyen’s fave noodles, and a small bottle of Red Boat Fish Sauce. Souper gift idea.

Introducing Makrut Leaves from Cambodia. They come from a lime. They smell sublime.
Our Makrut Lime Leaves have a gorgeous citrus aroma. You’ve likely come across them in Thai food (Tom Yum), Cambodian cuisine (krueng), and Vietnamese dishes. Ours are meticulously harvested by hand in small batches and shipped direct to us for max freshness.
