Memoz Offers Free Cookies to Military Personnel This Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th

All active duty, reserve, or retired military personnel who visit Memoz will receive a free baked to order cookie with customizable mix-in ingredients on Veterans Day

PORTLAND, Ore. (November 4, 2019) – This Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th, Memoz is giving away free baked to order cookies and mix-ins all day to active duty, reserve, or retired military personnel as a thank you for their service. Service members will have their choice of Memoz’s three cookie base options: Chewy Cookie, Peanut Butter Oat Cookie, or Chocolate Cookie. All cookie bases can be customized with any of the dozens of mix-in ingredients available. Service members can top their free cookie by purchasing a Memoz finish, with choices from baked Alaska to cream cheese frosting. Every dessert at Memoz is baked to order in one of the bar’s high-tech ovens in less than two minutes.

ABOUT MEMOZ
Memoz is a build-your-own dessert bar. Guests design their own dessert by selecting a dough base, choosing mix-in ingredients, selecting a “finish” to top it off, and it is baked in less than two minutes in a high-tech oven. The options are almost limitless in what guests can create, including gluten-free and vegan options. For customers who prefer a little guidance, Memoz offers a specials menu of thoughtful base and mix-in combinations from pastry chef Erica Stephensen. Memoz’ beverage menu offers milk, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, beer, and wine. Memoz also offers a $5 happy hour Monday through Friday 3pm-6pm featuring its most popular desserts, plus beer and wine. Founded by husband and wife team Aaron and Julie Allina, Memoz was built to be a family-friendly neighborhood retreat where folks across generations can relax, play a game from the Memoz board game collection, and gather together to enjoy delicious desserts.
