Meet our Producers & New Menu Reveal!

February 9, 2019

CARMAN RANCH

Naomi has been working with woman-owned and operated Carman Ranch since the inception of Beast in 2007. Cory’s great-grandfather started ranching on the Wallowa Mountains in Eastern Oregon over 100 years ago, and she took over the farm in 2003. The cattle are pasture raised, roaming the prairies and fields for nutrients, which makes for a lean and delicious protein.

Carman Ranch has become a vibrant example of holistic ranching and land regeneration, offering 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pastured pork to Beast and surrounding establishments.

Join us for the next six-course tasting menu starting on February 13th and running through February 27th to enjoy Carman Ranch Beef. The menu only runs for two weeks and you can preview it below.
