Join us for a very special evening as we join forces with Portland’s sweetest spot, MÅURICE, for an Oyster Social Reception and Tapas Style Raw Bar. It will be a celebration of sparkling fresh seafood, where we will toast to our good fortune and feast on fresh offerings from the sea.
The MÅURICE Oyster Social will include a pour of sparkling wine and your choice from a generous raw bar selection of fresh seafood. An additional full menu of raw and chilled seafood tapas will be also available for purchase, along with wine and beverage choices and a selection of sweet endings from Chef Kristen Murray, high priestess of pastry and owner of MÅURICE.
Here’s how the evening will progress: guests will arrive and be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and an Oyster Social Reception where they will be invited to help themselves to a “pick your six” of items such as freshly shucked oysters, chilled marinated mussels and kimchi pickled shrimp. A chef’s choice of seafood tapas will then circulate through the dining room and guests will be encourgaed to select the dishes they want. Dishes will run from $3-$10 and will be inspired by what’s fresh and seasonal, but will include items such as:
Oysters on the Half
Smoked, Marinated and Pickled Seafood
Market-Inspired Crudo, Ceviche and Tartare
Shellfish Cocktails + Shooters
Enhance your selections with wines of your choice and finish the evening with something sweet from the dessert case at MÅURICE.
Seating is limited and $26 per person for the Oyster Social Reception’s half dozen raw bar selections and a glass of cava.
