Masia Closure – Pausing Operations

December 29, 2020

We’re taking a break.

We are very appreciative of your support over the last few months. We’ve been fortunate enough to share a beautiful Christmas meal and many paella kits. As we move into what is projected to be a slow winter, we have had to make a tough choice to preserve our finances and energy for busier months. Masia and 180 Xurros will be taking a break from operations for a few months and will be returning in the spring. We wouldn’t be where we are without the flexibility and creativeness of our dedicated staff. To them we are eternally grateful. These few months will be very hard on them and so many others in hospitality industry, so please find it within your heart to donate to restaurant worker’s relief funds, support those restaurants still open and be ready to visit us when we are back. In the meantime, continue to socially distance and follow protocols, so we have the ability to return as soon as possible. Please contact us at hola@masiapdx.com for private zoom paella classes. We will see you when the daffodils and tulips bloom!

Last day of service is Thursday, the 31st.

In the next couple of days, please visit us for:

  • Paella meal kits. Available for pick up on Thursday and can stay in your fridge for a few days
  • Full Masia and Xurro menus available Wednesday and Thursday
  • Xurros –  we will be open all day on Thursday for you to stop in and get your crispy churro fix for the next couple of months
  • Discounted beer growlers, vermouth to go and sangria!

The day we will be able to serve you again is fast approaching. In the meantime, join us all in staying healthy, maintaining social distancing rules, checking in on your friends, and supporting all the restaurants still open. Remember, to you restaurants are your entertainment and for us they are our lives.
