Currently we have three of their cheeses in our case; The Petit Breakfast- a fresh unripened brie which is one of the original cheeses made by the Marin French Cheese Co.
The second is the Schloss- A washed rind triple-creme brie. Lastly, the Truffled Brie. An earthy delight! Please come by and check them out, but hurry, they won’t last long.
Tonight – Last Raclette Wednesday of the Season
- The Manchurian cider is made from a blend of apples, but features the unique characteristics of the manchrian crabapple. This petite yet bold apple imparts flavor and dimension to cider on a scale much larger than its size predicts. Composition: Manchurian Crabapples,Jonagold, Jonathon, Winter Banana, Baldwin, and Spartan. Fruit Origin: Wenatchee and Chelan, WA
- Our Pippin is Cider is a single variety made from Newtown Pippin apples, one of the oldest American apple varieties. A favorite of Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, the Newtown Pippin apple has an exceptional balance of flavors to make a bright and delicious single varietal hard cider. This cider has lovely green apple notes and is a favorite of white wine drinkers. Fruit Origin: Hood River, OR
- Subtly sweet and soft-the perfect beverage for a celebration. Our Perry features a blend of heirloom pears as well as seedling pears unique to Vashon Island, planted by homesteaders around 100 years ago. Composition: Seedling Pears, Comice, Seckel. Fruit Origin:Vashon Island, WA and Hood River, OR.

Chizu – Now Open!
We are happy to report that Chizu is open for business. Hours of operation are Sunday through Wednesday 3 pm to 10 pm, and Thursday through Saturday 3 pm to 11 pm. Please come by and check out the new space downtown at 1126 SW Alder Street. Also, a big thank you to all who participated in the Chizu crane project!
