House Spirits Distillery is a leader of America’s craft distilling movement and offers award-winning products that are batch-distilled. The flavorful line up includes Westward Oregon Straight Malt Whiskey, Krogstad Festlig Aquavit, Volstead Vodka and a line of limited release small-batch products including Coffee Liqueur, Katun Rum and Crème de Cacao.
Alma Chocolate makes modern classics you can believe in: toffees, pralines, bonbons, toffee and bars all made by hand and capped in luscious, ethical chocolate. February samples include:
- Filled Chocolate Hearts with single-estate chocolate and filled with one of three flavors: cult-favorite passionfruit caramel (pink), all-butter and salted caramel (gold) and housemade Oregon hazelnut praline (silver).
- Devotion Heart Icon – a heart-shaped chocolate icon decorated with camellias to symbolize deep devotion, with a banner to proclaim your devotion in words. Alma’s icons are made with single-estate dark chocolate in custom, proprietary molds and gilded by hand with 23-karat edible gold leaf. Other religious figures include the Virgin Mary, Buddha and Ganesha.
- Large Luster Hearts – dark chocolate sacred hearts, all dressed up for February in three shades of shimmer (these are luster-dusted rather than gilded).
- Chocolate Pistachio Toffee – a 2017 Good Food Award winning-confection blended with salty pistachios and layered with chocolate and toffee.

About Ancient Heritage Dairy
Ancient Heritage Dairy takes its inspiration from centuries of artisan cheese making in France, Italy and Spain. Owner Hank Obringer creates award-winning cheeses that exemplify time-honored European methods while showcasing the finest of Oregon’s sustainable food heritage. As sheep and dairy farmers for over a decade, Hank and his father, Paul Obringer, understand the nuances of crafting high quality sheep and cow’s milk cheeses. In 2015, they ended their farming days, restored an historic creamery building, the Weatherly, and opened a modern production facility in Southeast Portland. They balance careful blending and thoughtful aging, producing cheeses with magnificent texture and unique flavor profiles. Learn more about their cheeses here.
