Join Little Bird Bistro and Wolves & People for an intimate beer dinner on May 21st
Portland, Ore., (May 7, 2018) – On May 21st, Little Bird Bistro and Wolves & People are teaming up for an intimate, seasonally focused, farmhouse beer dinner. Since 2014, Christian DeBenedetti founder of Wolves & People, and his small talented team have been crafting farmhouse beers at an actual working farm in Newberg, Oregon – originally founded in 1850. DeBenedetti brings his varied knowledge and experience to create craft beers that are both exotic and experiential, yet incredibly drinkable. Little Bird’s Sous Chef Austin Inselmann and Pastry Chef Erin Hughes are drawing inspiration from the bountiful spring season to create a menu that pairs seamlessly with DeBenedetti’s beer – each complimenting the other and drawing out unexpected nuances with every sip or bite. The menu draws inspiration from the history of farmhouse brewing and European traditional rustic fare, including a modern take on a traditional French floating island dessert.
