Join Little Bird Bistro for two special producer dinners this spring, collaborating with Walter Scott Wines on May 18th and Logsdon Farmhouse Ales on May 22nd
The first event will feature Ken Pahlow and Erica Landon of Walter Scott Wines as they co-host a wine dinner on Thursday, May 18th with co-owner and wine director Andy Fortgang. Of all the young wineries in the Willamette Valley, few are making as much buzz in wine circles across the country as Walter Scott. In their own words; “Walter Scott Wines specializes in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We strive for elegance and purity in our wines, while working to ensure our wines convey transparency of site and character of vintage.” Little Bird will be pairing Walter Scott’s new releases with their inventive and boundary-pushing French cuisine led by chef de cuisine Marcelle Crooks and pastry chef Erin Hughes.
