Big Gay Ice Cream Soft Serve Takeover
On Saturday, July 18, Big Gay Ice Cream co-owner and co-founder, Bryan Petroff, will be working in the Sunshine Tavern kitchen, taking advantage of our in-house soft-serve machine, creating special desserts to celebrate the publication of the brand’s first cookbook, with co-owner Douglas Quint, Big Gay Ice Cream Book: Saucy Stories & Frozen Treats: Going All The Way With Ice Cream.
While this is only a one-day “pop-up”, it marks Big Gay Ice Cream’s first time bringing their ice cream to Portland. The Big Gay Ice Cream desserts will be on the menu all day. Signed copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase.
