Portland, OR – Lilikoi Bakery is now announcing it’s open for business, and serving up sweet Hawaiian treats and incredible sandwiches and wraps just off NE Broadway St. in Portland, OR!
Lilikoi Bakery is owned and operated by Dekin and Veth Hom, owners of the much missed Lilikoi Cafe, a favorite of Portland residents, formerly housed on NE Killingsworth. Born in Hawaii, Dekin brings a taste of the islands to the kitchen, and his wife Veth brings in her family’s South East Asian flavor and hospitality for an incredible combination of good eats. Expect nothing but the best from Lilikoi Bakery, with incredible sandwiches featuring Lilikoi’s famous house-made Hawaiian bread.
Of course, there are plenty of baked goodies served up daily, with Hawaian donuts, Asian rosette cookies, and their incredible house-made passion fruit and guava cakes. A rotating selection ensures you’ll always find something new to try!
If you need a big event covered, Lilikoi Bakery also offers convenient catering for your needs!
Blair Reynolds of Hale Pele and B.G.Reynolds’ Syrups is an investor in Lilikoi Bakery, and is proud to offer a daytime extension of Hale Pele’s spirit, bringing even more island style delights to Portland, OR.
Big plans are in the works for getting the best Hawaiian bread on the mainland to your local restaurants and retailers too, but for now the best place to get it is at 1706 NE 32nd Ave. See http://lilikoibakery.com for hours and menu, or follow us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/
