Late Summer Cocktails at Teardrop Lounge

September 9, 2021

As we round the bend into the early whispers of autumn, we take this opportunity to celebrate the lyric nights of a lingering summer spirit. This is our favorite season, as citrus begins to truly sing and a whole new symphony of flavors falls at our doorstep.

The first entry on our new seasonal menu is actually the return of an old one. Sangrinity is a flight of El Tesoro tequila’s age expressions, each paired with a trifecta of succulent sangritas: a spicy and herbaceous pineapple, the striking clarity of tomato water, and a roasted tomatillo so close to a traditional version it’ll whisk you off to Mexico for just a moment.

For Enchantment Under the Sea, we infuse rum with spongecake and mandarin, mix it up with banana liqueur & lemon, top the whole thing off with a Cocchi-coconut milk foam. Dangerously decadent, but hopefully it makes up for the sudden absence of our Piña Colada…

Meanwhile, Crybaby is open again for reservations on Fridays and Saturdays, please find us on Resy. And now is the time to start thinking about booking your holiday event, please contact info@teardroplounge.com to inquire.

We’re excited to see you all!

Cheers,
Daniel & The Crew
