served with a green apple, watercress, & matsutake mushroom salad, garnished with Meyer lemon oil and a green apple wasabi granita.

wrapped in prosciutto and roasted; glazed with a fig balsamic reduction on top butternut and herb chevre cheese and a salad of arugula, candied hazelnuts with fresh figs
