wrapped in prosciutto and roasted; glazed with a fig balsamic reduction on top butternut and herb chevre cheese and a salad of arugula, candied hazelnuts with fresh figs

And alcohol, in this case a2097 Comtes Champagne. It does include gratuity. We tasted every dish on the menu Plus many more that they bring out in between courses. Took about 3 1/2 hours to eat
