Now Booking: A special dinner with wild ingredients from the Pacific Northwest

For years, Cascade Organic has built a reputation as a trusted source to local chefs for wild ingredients and organically farmed produce, as well as sustainable seafood and pasture-raised meats. Now, their local and responsibly-raised ingredients are available online via one-time purchase boxes and subscriptions shipped to your door.

Chef Elise Walker of Lac St. Jack has collaborated with the team at Cascade Organic to create a 4-course menu that will highlight what they bring to the table. Literally!

Join us on Tuesday, June 14th for a special menu to sample some of Cascade Organic’s best. Chef Walker will also include a recipe for one of the night’s dishes.

There will be an optional wine pairing curated by Mark Gotelli, featuring selections from one of our favorite local wineries, Cristom Vineyards.

Two seatings available at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Click the link to book.
