July is in Full Swing at Portland Bottle Shop!

July 9, 2021

The Weekly What’s Up 7.9.21!

Congrats, you made it through Portland’s hottest day ever and the Fourth of July! Let’s hope that’s the last time we see any weather like that for the summer. In case you haven’t noticed, Oregon is opening up and so are we. We are allowing those that want to sit inside to come on in. Please be patient with us as we reconfigure yet again. It may take us a few weeks to figure out how we used to do things around here. Funny what a year and a half can do to your brain. Can’t wait to see your smiling faces again!! Cheers.

From the Kitchen

The Double Smashburger quickly became our #1 food item once it hit the menu. It features two patties covered in white cheddar, 1000 island, pickles, lettuce, tomato and onion, all piled high on a buttery brioche bun. This beefy tower of goodness requires multiple napkins and the flavors hit all the marks! Stop by today and enjoy. You will not regret it.

Trunk Slammer
by Breakside

This tasty lager is strewn with hops and is about as refreshing as they come. Slightly herbal with hints of pine and citrus. I have no idea what the ABV is besides what the can says, which is “just the right amount”. It doesn’t taste like it is high octane, so I say go ahead and drink it just like the name says….by slamming it. This is a great release from Breakside, be sure to check it out.

Pink Wine!!

If there were ever a time of year to enjoy some pink wine, this is it. Sunny days and  warm temperatures are the perfect time to grab some chilly pink wine. Here at the Bottle Shop, we happen to love pink wines. Grab yourself a delicious sparkling or still rose for your weekend and spread a little cheer to those around you!
