James Beard Semi-Finalists and Thin Mint Soft Serv

March 6, 2019

Canard is a semi-finalist for the James Beard Best New Restaurant Award!

Not only that, our very own Gabriel Rucker is also a semi-finalist for the Outstanding Chef Award. It’s been a big year, and we wouldn’t be here without our amazing staff and the best guests in the world. Thank you, and wish us luck.

Get Some Thin Mint Soft Serve

Yes, you read that right. We’re serving Thin Mint soft-serve while supplies last. This crazy good ice cream is made with real Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies. We purchased 20 boxes from our local troupe and crushed ‘em up to make one delicious flavor. Drop by for just a cone, or be sure to order one post-meal.

Over the Moon with New Merch

New limited-edition Canard t-shirts are now available for $30, modeled here by Gabe. If you’re wondering what’s up with the design, that’s for you to answer. All we’ll say is they’re crazy comfortable. We also now have “Duck Stack” onesies (not modeled by Gabe), and you can buy both at the restaurant by asking your server. Feel free to drop-in for only the merch, too. Though, chances are you’re also walking out with a soft-serve cone.
