Chef Justin Named a James Beard Award Semifinalist

Huge congratulations to Chef Justin Woodward for being named a 2019 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Northwest. We’re incredibly thankful for his leadership and creativity at both Castagna and OK Omens, and we wish him luck! View the full list of semifinalists here; nominees will be announced on March 27th.

Guest Chef Dinner at The Suttle Lodge

Just a few days left until Justin and Brent head to Sisters, Oregon for their guest chef dinner in the style of OK Omens at The Suttle Lodge on Saturday, March 9th at 6 pm. We hope you’ll join us for this fun family-style meal, with plenty of delicious natural wines selected by Brent.

Menu

Totally a Banh Mi, Country Pâté, Chicken Liver Mousse, Pickles and Herbs
Baguette, herb mayo, Sriracha, jalapeños, pickles, Thai basil, cilantro, mint, lime

Amberjack, Shiso, Radish, Chips and Dip
Cured slices of kanpachi, shiso, avocado, lime leaf

Clam Congee, Grilled Halibut, Brassicas, Pickles
Broken jasmine rice, brown butter, fried shallots

Market Vegetables, Garden Herbs, Bagna Cauda
All the herbs, all the veggies, hummus purée

Grilled Marinated Pork, Spring Onions, Bibb Lettuce, Radicchio and Spiced Potato Salad

Dessert…Just drink more wine
And have a glazed old-fashioned doughnut

This dinner is $100 per person and includes gratuity. Wines by the glass are available à la carte.
