Jacobs & Brichford’s Farms Adair & Ameribella
Jacobs and Brichford Farms is located in Whitewater Valley in Southeastern Indiana. It is a small sustainable family owned farm that produces farmstead cheeses made from well-loved grass fed raw cow’s milk. We currently have their delightful Adair and Ameribella, both of which are tasting amazing right now. Here is a little bit of information about each cheese.
The Adair is made from raw cow’s milk and aged at least 60 days. It is modeled after farmstead cheeses of Southwest France. It has a snow white bloomy rind and a supple creamy paste. The flavors are sweet and doughy with a touch of funk on the finish.
Please stop by the shop and have a taste!

On the palate, the wine is youthful yet elegant, well-balanced and fresh with a long, lingering finish.
- The name Duorum, which is Latin for “from two,” caputures the spirit of this famed Portuguese winery, which was founded in 2007 by Joao Portugal Ramos and Jose Soares Franco, two of Portugal’s most renowned oenologists. Longtime friends and admirers of each others work, they sought to pool their combined 60 years of winemaking experience and create a wine together. Today, Duorum is widely recognized as a gold standard for wine in Portugal. A minerally and zesty red, showing vibrant cherry and raspberry flavors that are supple. Sandlewood notes linger on the creamy, well-proportioned finish.
