Portland, OR- Plant-based Israeli restaurant Aviv is pleased to announce its first STAND fundraising dinner, a gastronomic event series to support and celebrate the organizations that enrich our Portland community. Offering two multi-course plant-based Israeli feasts on Thursday, September 28th, with an early seating from 5:00pm-7:00pm and a later seating from 8:00pm-10:00pm, Aviv will donate a portion of the proceeds of the first STAND dinner to the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education (OJMCHE, http://www.ojmche.org).
Featuring hatch green chilies, donated by Los Roast, the dinner menu will be an adventurous journey through chefs Tal Caspi’s and Liz Howard’s culinary inspirations, with a foundation of Aviv’s plant-based Israeli-fare.
