Husband and wife farmers and chefs, The Wilderness Hunters (Eric Bartle and Sara Kundelius), will be celebrating the time-honored traditions of cast iron, wine, and olive oil to create a menu that will hone their personal experiences with farm-to-table cooking. The pair has a passion for growing the best ingredients, from raising their own livestock and preserving their annual garden bounty. Chef Eric utilizes his years of experience in the kitchen of James Beard Award winner Greg Higgins to use these homegrown and foraged ingredients to their fullest potential!
The dinner will feature all Oregon produced ingredients all the way down to the FINEX cast iron they will use to cook.
