Introducing … Dinner at Providore: a monthly chef’s supper

March 18, 2019

DINNER AT PROVIDORE

Wednesday, April 10, 7:30pm

Aperitif served at 7:30pm in the wine room, dinner served at 8:00pm

$95 for aperitif, five-course meal, and wine pairings, inclusive of service*

Reservations: call 503.232.1010
or visit Providore in-person.
Only 24 seats available.**

We invite you to pull a chair up to our table for the first of our new monthly dinners. Experience the magic of the market after-hours as our chef prepares a five-course meal that makes the most of the seasonal bounty and the global ingredients of Providore. The evening will begin with an aperitif served in the wine room, after which you’ll be seated at our communal tables for an intimate dinner paired with European wines from our favorite small producers. Think of it as a dinner party hosted by those friends with a perfectly-stocked pantry.

Aperitif: Pork liver pâté, pickled pepper relish, nigella seeds

Marinated albacore, preserved Meyer lemon, sunflower, creme fraiche

Early spring vegetable barigoule, toasted coriander, fine herbes

Braised lamb ravioli, housemade ricotta, tomato butter, favas

Beef short rib, quatre épices, spring garlic, beans, red wine-roasted carrots

Honeyed yogurt panna cotta, rhubarb, syrah, ginger streusel

*Substitutions politely declined; we cannot accommodate allergies or dietary preferences at this time. *
*Dinner is paid in-full at the time of reservation. Cancellations should be directed to maggie@pastaworks.com; cancellations will not be accepted after April 1st.
