ilani presents two new BrewFest Dinner Series events

January 10, 2022

Beer, food pairings featured at Jan. 26, Feb. 2 dinner events offer preview of more to come

RIDGEFIELD, WA. (January 10, 2022) – ilani invites all to warm up this winter with family, friends and entertainment while sampling some of the finest craft beers during two of the entertainment destination’s BrewFest Dinner Series events. Rose & Thorn, one of ilani’s signature restaurants, will host the Breakside Brewery Dinner on Wednesday, Jan. 26. On Wednesday, Feb. 2, The Stadium Sports Bar & Grill will host the Stone Brewing Beer Dinner. These two can’t-miss dinners lead up to the main event: ilani’s BrewFest, held Feb. 17–20.

The first BrewFest Dinner Series event of the year on Jan. 26, the Breakside Brewery Dinner, takes place at Rose & Thorn, 7–9 p.m. Guests can sit back, relax and enjoy five courses of traditional British cuisine from Chef Pauls, including bubble & squeak, Lancashire hot pot and sticky toffee pudding. Award-winning favorites from Breakside Brewery will wash it all down, including the brewery’s signature IPA, its Salted Carmel Stout and more. Diners will also hear how Breakside crafts its brews, all while indulging in the tunes of local live entertainment. Tickets to this event are $69 per person, include $10 in promo play and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com.

On Wednesday, Feb. 2, The Stadium Sports Bar & Grill hosts the Stone Brewing Beer Dinner. This San Diego-based brewery will showcase five of its famous beers, starting with the Dry Fall Belgium White and concluding with the Xocoveza Tres Leches. Dinner encompasses a five-course Mexican-themed coastal style menu, featuring the chef’s famous smoked chicken mole. Attendees can indulge in food and beer while watching entertainment on the region’s largest video wall. Tickets to this event are $69 per person, include $10 in promo play and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com.

More information about the BrewFest Dinner Series and ilani’s BrewFest are available on the website.
