We would like to introduce Il Grossetano, an aged water buffalo’s milk cheese that’s new to our case. The creamery, La Maremma, is located just outside of the city of Groseto, in Tuscany, Italy. La Maremmahave 600 Mediterranean water buffalo that are raised for milk production. Their water buffalo are raised free range, being able to roam the farm’s woods and grazing land. In addition to being pasture fed, the water buffalo’s diet is supplemented with farm grown cereals. This aged, semi-firm cheese is perfect for shaving over pasta or salads, or paired with a robust Italian red wine.

Join us Thursday evening for Belgian Beer Night! Rick Nickerson will be pouring five different Belgian beers for us. Ranging from a light geuze to a rich quad, you will have the opportunity to taste a great selection of Belgian beer. We will have a special cheese board available to pair with your favorite beer.
