Spring has sprung!
Hop on down for our first batch of spiced, currant and candied orange studded Hot Cross Buns this Sunday morning. The buns will be hot from the oven around 9am and available every morning from Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday…stop by while they are still warm for a citrusy treat!
The Bakery and Cakery will be bursting with treats to fill your baskets; Chocolate Egg Cakes, Strawberry Bunny-eared Cupcakes and Buttery Shortbread Cookies dressed-up as lambs and bunnies. And we’re always happy to showcase the busy bees that puts all their hard work into our Honey Bee Bundt; the perfect end to your Easter brunch!
Passover begins at sundown on Monday April 10. We are celebrating with a new Coconut Crusted Almond and Haskap-berry Tart. A Haskap berry, you say? Imagine the look of an oblong blueberry with the robust flavor of a raspberry, a blueberry and a hint of elderberry…it’s easy to imagine why they are so tasty!
