Let us take care of your dinner for the holidays!
Our Roasted Duck Dinner serves 3-4 people and includes:
  • St. Jack Eggnog (just add your favorite booze!)
  • Duck Liver Mousse- mustard, poached prune, pickle, baguette
  • Butter Lettuce Salad- avocado, radish, crouton, dijon vinaigrette
  • Pommes Aligot- potato, gruyère, cheese curds
  • Roasted Broccolini- garlic, shallot, lemon
  • Honey & Lavender Roasted Duck
  • Pavlova- juniper meringue, chantilly whip, citrus, campari syrup
We are also excited to offer Tourtière Pies
filled with beef, pork, madeira, and warm spices!
