Join us this Friday for icy-fresh oysters, soulful Breton-inspired small plates, natural wines and good times. The dynamic duo behind Sardine Head is bringing their “natural wine dive” concept to Tournant for a convivial terroir-meets-merroir evening meant to be enjoyed with friends. Come feast on all the little fishies and learn about the natural wine farmers/rebels who are out there humbly working the land and changing the game.

COOKING RETREAT IN CROATIA

This fall, we’re teaching an open fire cooking workshop and slow-living retreat in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Come with us as we explore medieval villages and forage for truffles by day, then gather around the ancient stone hearth of our historic villa each evening to learn the essential techniques of cooking with live fire before sitting down to sip local wines and enjoy al fresco feasts together.
