Happy Passover From Tavern on Kruse

March 31, 2020

Red-Wine & Veal Stock Braised Short Ribs
Tonight’s sold-out short rib dinner can be picked up between 4:45-6:00pm.
Your “how you finish it” video is linked at right, on our web page and Facebook page.
Friday April 3:
Seared Halibut
Fish Friday features a dish you’ve rightfully been terrified to cook since Halibut is $26/lb at the supermarket. Well, Chef Nate will teach you how to do it fearlessly.

Feeding Those
Out of Work
Tonight, 96 servings of really good lasagna (half meat and half vegetarian) will be enjoyed at dining tables in our community where breadwinners are out of work during in this shutdown.
Your overwhelming support of Tavern’s take-out program makes this possible.
We Thank you!
Any suggestions for expanding our take-out options?
Priority one to us is protecting the program above in this email. But, we are considering options for simpler take-out one or two nights per week. We’ve thought about making our “family dinners” like lasagna and enchiladas available for purchase and thought about simply offering things we are famous for (fried chicken, Tavern burgers, ahi burgers, etc.) ready to go. If you have any suggestions of what you’d like to see offered, please reply to this email and let us know. Thanks!
