Gusto’s Sunday Lunch Pops Up at Enso Winery Space!

July 12, 2019

Chef Kyle Christy has been popping up in the Enso Winery space every Sunday from 11:30am-3pm with his brand new lunch concept. Proudly named Gusto, the ever-changing four dish menu for $33 spotlights seasonally-driven ingredients and locally-sourced seafood/meats, alongside natural wines from Enso hand-selected by wine director Jessie Manning. You will also find a constant rotating ‘by the glass’ list of other natural wines outside of the urban winery’s realm.

This unequaled luncheon experience was recently named by Willamette Week as one of the “Five Pop-Ups to Eat at This Summer.” No reservations or tickets are needed – guests are welcome to walk right on in! You may find an example of what Chef Christy executes weekly below:

HARD RED SPRING WHEAT FOCACCIA
Feat, Tomatoes, Basil, Sumac

WHIPPED FETA
Market Veg, Mint, Basil, Chili Oil

LAMB MEATBALLS
Labneh, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Sumac

YOGURT PANNA COTTA
Pistachio Butter, Honey, Bee Pollen, Rosewater Cookie

(Add House Marinated Gordal Olives for $4)
