Gregory Gourdet Leads Zenger Farm Benefit Dinner

On Friday, June 7, Chef Gregory Gourdet joins Zenger Farm for an annual dinner benefiting Zenger Farm’s work to connect children and families with nourishing food and where it comes from

WHAT:

On Friday, June 7 at 6 p.m., award-winning executive Chef Gregory Gourdet of Departure teams up with Zenger Farm for the 2019 Chef’s Dinner, bringing together an incredible lineup of Black leaders from the local culinary and beverage community. Gregory is joined by Zenger Farm Community Chefs Rachelle Dixon and Jeniffer Kirton, New Seasons Chef Lidia Berhane, and Chef Elsy Dinvil, author of Cooking With My Mother. The meal will also feature wine pairings from Bertony Faustin of Abbey Creek Winery and beer from Terence Hofstad of Breakside Brewery.

A ticket includes a three-course prix fixe dinner, with courses featuring produce sourced directly from Zenger Farm, along with wine and beer pairings. Ticket sales go directly to support Zenger Farm’s work to connect children and families with clean, healthy food and where it comes from. Reservations are required and seating is limited.

6 p.m. – drinks, appetizers, tour of Zenger Farm

7 p.m.  – dinner

COST:

$85 per person, inclusive of gratuity

All proceeds support Zenger Farm’s education and food access programs.
