Accanto will be pairing our Northwest/Italian cuisine with five farmhouse ales from Green Bench Brewing for a private dinner in the elegant former Genoa dining room on Tuesday April 14th, at 6:30 PM.

Wild hermit pale ale
Tartare of spring lamb leg, kumquat confit, wood sorrel, java long pepper
Saison de banc noir
Chicory salad, grass fed bison heart pastrami, shaved jack cheese, charred plum vinaigrette
Skyway wheat ale
Rabbit and house guanciale ravioli, wheat broth, ruby red grapefruit, herb salad
Les grisettes wild yeast ale
Coal miner’s pie of coastal morels, green garlic, turnip leaves, caramelized onions, emmer farro
Saison de banc vert
Halibut poached in whey & hay, asparagus & English pea buerre fondue, vanilla pickled rhubarb
