Fall has arrived! The rain has settled in and the holidays are just ahead of us. We are all feeling thankful for our amazing restaurant teams, who keep PQN thriving while facing continuous changes and challenges with grace. Our kitchen team is hard at work, getting in the spirit by cooking up our soul-warming mole – the ultimate celebration food!
We are offering mole meals with tamales to feed 6-8+ people for the long Thanksgiving weekend! Take a break from cooking and eat tamales for the holiday, or order a meal for the day after when you’re all cooked out. Either way, you don’t want to miss this!

Our mole tamales meal comes with everything you need to make this magic in your own home, when you want and how you want!
We’ve got a full meal to feed 6-8+ people, featuring delicious mole tamales soups, sides, and dessert! This meal is packed cold and is ready to re-heat anytime you’re ready to celebrate. Each Mole Meal includes:
–2 Quarts of soup – veggie soup made of a blended potato and roasted habanero base with grilled corn, green beans and roasted red bell and poblano peppers (medium-spicy, vegan)
–1/2 gallon of chips
–12 Mole Tamales! Comes with crema and extra mole sauce for topping.
Choose from the following:
*Pollo Mole – Juicy shredded chicken in a rich, smooth, and dynamic mole sauce made from a blend of roasted chiles, nuts, and spices (mild, contains peanuts, sesame seeds, pecans, and almonds)
*Black Bean & Mushroom Mole – Whole black beans and cremini mushrooms in a flavorful vegetarian** mole sauce made from a blend of roasted chiles, nuts, and spices (mild, contains peanuts, sesame seeds, pecans, and almonds)
**not vegan, the chocolate in our mole contains milk
–1.5 Quarts of rice (vegan)
–1.5 Quarts of beans (vegan)
-1 Quart of Arroz con leche – sweet rice and milk pudding flavored with cinnamon and sugar (vegetarian)
We’re also offering our famous PQN Taco Kits for pre-order – tacos and sides to feed 4-6 people, packed cold and ready to re-heat on your schedule! Each kit contains:
1 quart of meat/veggies (pollo verde, beef barbacoa, pork carnitas or hongos y papas veggie mix)
1 quart each of beans and rice (both vegan)
15 handmade corn tortillas
Includes toppings (all on the side): cilantro & onion, salsa verde, salsa de arbol, crema, queso fresco
More good news! We’re bringing back some old favorites.
Brunch, Happy Hour and Taco Tuesdayare back, we’ve got our beloved flautas and tamales back on the menus full-time, and Hawthorne has a brand new outdoor heated & covered seating area, just in time for cold weather! Having more space for people to gather comfortably makes us feel closer to normal, and moving in that direction is giving us hope as we head into a new year. We are so thankful for all of your support!

It’s giving season! We are excited to be honoring our annual tradition of partnering with the Give Guide! as well as hosting fundraisers for local schools and organizations on Wednesdays at both locations.
