Full Moon Dinner
FARM DINNER WITH DIRTY RADISH & FRIENDS
Star Mooring Farm – Saturday, July 24We are so delighted that our dear friend Chevonne of Dirty Radish has invited us to cook a farm-to-fire feast for this special dinner she has curated at the private, 180-acre, third-generation Star Mooring Farm. The location, the food and the wines – all under the light of a full moon – will be a glorious experience not to be missed.
Savor a French-meets-Northwest meal from the flames as you indulge in wines specifically sourced for this special occasion, and handpicked from Chevonne’s personal cellar, including Beaux Frères, Brick House, The Eyrie Vineyards, Yohan Lardy, Franck Besson, Winderlea, Trout Lily Ranch and Evening Land Vineyards.
Find the menu we’ve created below and scroll down to learn more about Chevonne and Dirty Radish. We hope to meet you amongst the grape vines and hazelnut trees for this enchanted starlit meal paired with beautiful local wines.
We’ve created a Farm to Fire digital cookbook series to help inspire and guide you in the ancient art of fire cookery. Each volume teaches you the basics of fire safety and the various tools and equipment you’ll want to have on hand, then walks you through open fire cooking techniques through seasonally-inspired menus.
Inside, you’ll find recipes in our signature style along with absolutely stunning photographs by Eva Kosmas Flores. If you’d like to build your confidence and gather friends and family for feasts around the fire, we invite you to discover the spring and summer volumes of our cookbook series by clicking the link below.
We’ve added a new section to our website featuring some of our favorite tools and equipment for open fire cooking. This ever-expanding list will highlight items we’ve tested in the field and stand behind for quality, durability and craftsmanship.
