This Oyster Social is going to be little bit salty, a little bit wild, a little bit boozy and a whole lotta fun.
TO EAT: We’re joining forces with culinary powerhouse couple The WildernessHunters. Eric and Sara will be creating signature seafood dishes, working in some of their favorite foraged and preserved items like matsutake teriyaki, nettle butter and wood sorrel mayo.We will be showcasing fresh NW oysters and other raw bar selections, rounding out the menu with tapas-style small plates.
TO DRINK: Matt from Merit Badge will be shaking and stirring up cocktails featuring spirits from Portland’s own Bull Run Distillery. Launching Oregon Whiskey Hour, Head Distiller Lee Medoff will be in the house pouring tastes and dropping knowledge about their new Oregon Single Malt Whiskey.
