Purchase your Paella Masia kit in advance and follow along with step by step instructions from Chef Jose. Your kit will include:

sherry marinated pork loin, rice, garlic oil, sofrito, ribeye, chicken stock, garnish and instructions from Chef Chesa for paella cooking success
