Spring Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Courses Coming in September!
The 2021 ASCOT Awards and Championship Finalists have been revealed. Trillium Pink Pinot Gin was awarded Best in Show, Best in Class and Double Platinum. Trillium Gin won Platinum. Founded by spirits personality and veteran tasting judge, Fred Minnick, the ASCOT Awards is an international spirits competition where winners were chosen through a blind tasting process with some of the best pallets in the industry. Of the over 600 international entries, only four received the honor of Best in Show! Thank you Judges!
