The 2022 TAG Spirits Awards have been announced and we are honored Trillium Pink Pinot Gin won Double Gold! TAG Global Spirits Awards was created by world renowned mixologist, Tony Abou-Ganim, a U.S. industry veteran. This international competition has a panel of hand-selected experts in individual spirits categories setting the highest standards by which to be recognized.

Our Mother’s Day Spring Cocktail Classes are coming up! Celebrate Spring and motherhood and join us for a night of creating and learning about cocktails and spirit history. Small Baking Co is back with her delicious, special dessert pairings to go with our springtime cocktails.

Free to be Art with Michele is back this month on Sunday, March 27th from 2:00-4:00. Included with your ticket price is everything needed to create your own original 16″ x 20″ acrylic version of Mt Hood Meadow as well as one craft cocktail of your choice.

Coming up Saturday, April 16th is Annabelle’s Garden Flower Arranging Class. $60 includes a lesson in arranging, all the flowers, supplies and a springtime cocktail. Contact Ann or call 503-201-7217. And it’s the day before Easter so your table setting is complete!
Cocktail Contest Time!
We know you’ve been mastering your mixology skills at home learning to be Master Mixologists so it’s time to show off! Send us your favorite cocktail recipe using Trail Distilling’s spirits.
The top cocktail will be featured in our upcoming mixology class. And the lucky winner will have their cocktail on our bar menu.
Send recipes by April 25th. Good luck!
