JUNE NEWS from Trail Distilling

Our Tasting Room is now open from 2:00 – 7:00 on Fridays and Saturdays

WSET Level 1 & 2 in Spirits Courses

For that special Father’s Day gift or special someone “just because”; WSET is now back to being taught in person and open to anyone looking to increase their understanding and appreciation for spirits!
Celebrating its 52nd year, London based Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) is internationally recognized as the global leader for spirit education and the trusted source for anyone looking to increase their level of spirits knowledge. WSET training is perfect for spirit enthusiasts, bartenders, brand ambassadors and distillers.
A WSET qualification provides comprehensive training including production methods, characteristics of principal international spirits and the Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits (SAT) methods. Classes will be taught on site at Trail Distilling and Level II include a hands-on distillation class which covers principles and techniques of distillation using a column still.

And Sara was named best woman distiller. We are very honored to receive these awards from an esteemed judging panel made up exclusively of professional women winemakers, distillers, sommeliers, retail buyers, beverage industry educators and journalists. The judges identified not only the best wines and spirits submitted, but also those they felt would appeal most to women buyers and consumers.
