On February 22nd, Chef Zaragoza is teaming up with the folks at Provvista and Moët Hennessy USA to host a Foie Gras + Champagne dinner featuring foie from Hudson Valley Foie Gras and champagne pairings from the Moët Portfolio.
Hennessy Cognac will be hosting a Hennessy Cocktail Hour beforehand from 5-6 PM, serving $5.00 specialty cocktails for attendees. Following the cocktail hour, dinner will run from 6-9 PM featuring six courses prepared by Chef Zaragoza and the team at Provvista. Tables will be sat community style and details on each course and the Moët pairings can be found on the menu below.
