I wanted to let you know about an exciting new addition to the artisan food scene in Portland: Red Duck Foods, the small batch condiment company moved their headquarters from Eugene to Portland this month. Located in the historical Ford Building in Southeast Portland, Red Duck is thrilled to be located at the epicenter of the Oregon food scene.
With a mutual love of ketchup and a desire to improve America’s favorite condiment, three University of Oregon grad students founded Red Duck Foods in 2013. In addition to being uniquely delicious, Red Duck products are certified organic and free of high fructose corn syrup, stabilizers, and preservatives.
Specializing in the elevation of dishes using flavorful condiments, Red Duck products include classic, curry, spicy and seasonal pumpkin spice ketchup, and a recently-debuted cocktail sauce. All products can be shipped nationwide from the online store or may be purchased from any of these fine retailers.
