Chef Nate and I expect every new seasonal menu we put out to be better than everything we’ve offered prior – and you should expect the same. I can easily promise you that our new “Fall Harvest Menu” is the best food to come out of Tavern’s kitchen yet and there is nothing in this lineup I could be more proud of. Here are just a couple examples of our new menu celebrating this season’s amazing fall flavors:
- Seared Crispy Skin Trout – chanterelle and spinach brown butter sauce, with butternut squash gratin.
- Citrus & Herb-Brined Game Hen – with savory sausage bread pudding, caramelized brussels sprouts, mushroom gravy & cranberry orange chutney.
- Herb-Rubbed Lamb Shoulder Pot Roast – with root vegetable hash, served atop a wild mushroom barley cake, and an aromatic red wine broth.
