Rally Pizza‘s upcoming “Fall For Spain!” dinner on Sunday, November 4th from 5:00-9:00 pm!
Rally Pizza, Vancouver’s Washington’s full-service neighborhood pizzeria specializing in local ingredient-driven Neapolitan pizza, is hosting a Spanish style dinner to celebrate classic autumn dishes of Spain as part of their quarterly dinner series!
The dinner is five courses, $45 for food along with an optional $25 five-course wine pairing featuring a list of carefully curated Spanish wines! Each course will include a vegan-friendly menu option!
November 4th “Fall For Spain!” Dinner at Rally Pizza menu:
Tapas – Vegan:
- Caramelized leeks, pumpkin, dukkah
- Olives, smoked peppers, guindilla chile
- Beets, eggplant, salsa verde
- Quince, almonds, honey, crostini
Tapas – Omni:
- Shrimp, garlic, parsley, crostini
- Boquerones, olives, guindilla chile
- Tuna, potato, and carrot salad, endive
- Dates, creamy blue cheese, pickled onion
Ensalada: Escarole and chicories, apples, fennel, radishes, shallot-sherry vinaigrette, pimenton pepitas
Verduras – Vegan: Patatas con Pimientos- fried potatoes, pickled peppers and chiles, winter squash, mushrooms, romesco, hot sauce
Verduras – Omni: Tortilla de patata y calabaza– eggs with potatoes, winter squash, and onions, romesco, aioli
Platos: Empanada- stuffed pizza with spinach, olives, peppers, onions, basil, and garlic-tomato sauce (optional anchovies)
Platos – Vegan: Vegetable Gratin- eggplant, peppers, onions, carrots, white beans, tomatoes, preserved lemon, with hazelnut picada
Platos – Omni: Seafood Stew- mussels, clams, salt cod, chickpeas, saffron
Dulce: Quince-vanilla sorbetto
