La Ruta PDX Fermentation Fest Dinner: An Evening with David Zilber
Join David Zilber, head of fermentation at 2-Michelin-star Danish restaurant Noma, for a multi-course dinner at gastronomic society and private event space, PLAZA DEL TORO. Chef Michael Kessler and Tasty n Alder chef Perry Austin will design a menu based on ferments from Zilber’s new cookbook, The Noma Guide to Fermentation.
Join us for a La Ruta PDX culinary exploration of Greece at PLAZA DEL TORO with Toro Bravo Inc chef John Gorham, Mediterranean Company and Shalom Y’all Executive chef Kasey Mills with sous chef Alex Wong, PLAZA DEL TORO chef Michael Kessler, and dessert from pastry chef Ashley Claybaugh. The Toro Bravo Inc chefs will present a menu inspired by their recent culinary trip to Thessaloniki. Spinning by DJ Jimbo.
