Rally Pizza has been known for its decadent vanilla bean frozen custard desserts since opening in Vancouver, WA last year. A richer and more dense version of ice cream, frozen custard is the perfect base to mix in house-baked goods for their specialty “concretes”, creative sundaes and more.
Rally Pizza is expanding their frozen custard dessert menu to include hand-spun shakes, boozy shakes with unique spirits, floats, affogato s, and even more delicious flavors of their famous concretes and sundaes! The expanded menu is launching this weekend in honor of National Ice Cream Day.
New sundae flavors include Bumbleberry with blackberry sauce, honeycomb crunch and smoked wildflower honey, Dirty Blonde with banana pudding, the Rally Blondie, and butterscotch, and Balanced Breakfast with peanut butter-milk chocolate crunch, sea salt caramel, and Valrhona crunchy chocolate pearls. A fantastic new use of Rally’s frozen custard is for boozy hand-spun shakes like the Forest Road with Amaretto, chocolate fudge sauce and smoked marshmallow, Storm Warning with Domaine Canton ginger liqueur, Myer’s dark rum and butterscotch, and Bourbon Bramble with Bourbon, blackberry syrup and sea salt caramel.
Pints of frozen custard are also available to-go at the dessert counter!
